Kyle Harrison
Coach Kyle Harrison is a seasoned real estate professional with over 19 years in real estate and built a successful real estate company. He is the CEO and Co-founder of Your Bookkeeping Partner, and is an Executive Business Coach. He has completed over 10,000 one-to-one coaching calls with a direct focus on leadership, team building, financials and wealth building. He guides business owners to increase the value of their business while laying out a 5 year exit plan. His passion is to empower agents and business owners to financial freedom by hosting regular classes and masterminds on wealth and financials. He is also an active real estate investor targeting multi-family properties across the midwest and southern regions and owns over 300 rental doors through various partnerships.

Amy Harrison
Amy Harrison is CFO and Co-Founder of YBP and has been working with people and numbers for over 30 years. Her primary focus is client engagement and also runs the daily operations. It has been a lifelong dream for Amy to own and run her own business. Amy is passionate about servicing real estate professionals to the highest level. She enjoys helping agents be intentional with their business, providing them with the tools to enhance their growth and make sound business decisions. She is Quickbooks ProAdvisor Certified, has attended numerous KW MAPS Profit camps and is well versed in the Millionaire Real Estate Agent (MREA) systems, models, and chart of accounts.

Chief Operating Officer
Kristina Yonting
Kristina Yonting, also known as Happy to her peers, is the Chief Operating Officer for Your Bookkeeping Partner. She has worked with Coach Kyle Harrison and his clients for 2 years, gathering information needed for coaching. This opened an opportunity for her to use her data gathering skills on a larger scale, which is now her primary role in the company.
Happy has more than a decade of experience supervising and managing teams and currently monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). She is in charge of YBP’s systems and processes, analyzes data for strategic decisions in the company, and supports YBP’s various department leaders.

Izzle Gabrielle
Izzle Gabrielle, also known as Gab, is the Director of Operations at Your Bookkeeping Partner (YBP). After three years of leading as the Director of Data, Gab was promoted for her ability to streamline processes, support cross-functional teams, and keep things moving with clarity and consistency.
Now overseeing company operations, Gab works closely with team leads to ensure smooth workflows, timely client delivery, and overall efficiency across the board. She's known for being organized, detail-oriented, and deeply invested in building systems that support both people and performance — all while leading with genuine care for her team and the work they do.
Gab holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and continues to thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.

Olivia Rudolph
Olivia Rudolph is the Director of Bookkeeping here at Your
Bookkeeping Partner. With over 13 years of hands-on experience managing books
for a wide range of industries including work with CPA’s offices where she
picked up on valuable knowledge regarding business taxes. She helps oversee all
aspects of the day-to-day workings for our bookkeeping department. Teaming up
with Sherry our Director of Junior Bookkeeping to ensure YBP provides a 5 Star
Service to all our clients.
She began her journey with YBP as a Senior Bookkeeper, her
recent promotion to Director of Bookkeeping reflects her ability to lead teams,
optimize systems, and ensure financial accuracy at every level of the
organization. Whether overseeing bookkeeping functions or developing
streamlined workflows for complex accounts, Olivia is committed to helping
businesses maintain financial clarity and confidence.

Sherry May Aquino
Sherry May Aquino is the Director of Junior Bookkeeping, overseeing the training and performance of junior bookkeepers. She ensures that financial reports are accurate, accounts are reconciled, and processes align with the Millionaire Real Estate Agent (MREA) model to support real estate agents effectively.
Before stepping into her current role, Sherry served as a Treasury Supervisor in a real estate company for eight years, gaining extensive experience in financial management and operations. A certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, she leverages her expertise to maintain high standards in bookkeeping and foster a supportive team environment.

Ethan Pray is the Director of Client Success with a diverse background in real estate management for 6 years and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. With a solid educational foundation and extensive experience in financial management, he has shown his ability to drive profitability and provide strategic guidance to individuals and organizations in the real estate industry. Ethan's career consisted of being the Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFO/COO) at a prominent real estate brokerage, where he implemented financial strategies that significantly contributed to the company's growth, managed budgets, and optimized financial success. Motivated by his passion for helping clients maximize their financial potential, Ethan transitioned into the role of a real estate financial advisor. He leverages his expertise to develop strategic financial plans and analyze specific business goals. His analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to his clients' success make him a trusted advisor for all business owners in the pursuit of financial excellence.
